Probably Indian production for the French market. The Original is dyed and painted with outlines in black and red and details in two shades of red, green, yellow, black silver and gold. The same pattern in a slightly smaller scale is found as a sample print on paper for block printing, from the Oberkampf factory in Jouy, France. This is an example of European patterns copied in India to be exported to Europe and America.
